This page is not a theoretical explanation of status ailments, but a guide page for checking data and registering results.
You can view status ailment data for each monster.
This page group allows you to check confirmed values, registration status, estimated ranges, and also register hit counts in one place.
Detailed mechanics of status ailments are explained in MHNow Lab articles, so this page focuses on how to view and use the data within NowCalc.
What You Can Do on This Page
In the Status Ailments section of NowCalc, you can mainly check the following four items:
- Confirmed Values List
View data where the threshold for triggering a status ailment has been clearly identified through past testing. - Registration Status
Check whether data has been registered by monster, status type, quest type, and star level.
You can also see the number of estimated entries and whether confirmed values exist for each monster, quest, and star level. - Status Threshold Check
Check the threshold required to trigger a status ailment for each monster.
If confirmed values exist, they will be shown. If not, you can still view estimated ranges based on registered data.
Useful when you want to see "how many hits are needed to trigger a status ailment" for a specific monster. - Hit Count Registration
A page where you can register the number of hits required to trigger a status ailment.
Contributions are welcome to help improve the accuracy of the data.
Registered data will be used to refine confirmed values and estimated ranges.
Basic Usage Flow
It is recommended to use the Status Ailments pages in the following order:
- Check Registration Status to see if data exists for the monster or status ailment you want to view
- If enough data is available, check the Confirmed Values List
- For more detailed inspection, use Status Threshold Check to view confirmed values or estimated ranges
- If you want to reflect new test results, use Hit Count Registration to add data
Usage Guide
Confirmed Values List
Recommended when you want to check only values that have already been confirmed.
If you are unsure where to start, this is the easiest place to get an overview.
Registration Status
Used when you want to check whether data exists for specific conditions.
You can verify whether data is unregistered or partially collected by filtering by monster, status ailment, quest type, or star level.
On the Registration Status page, you can narrow down results using filters and monster search.
Status Threshold Check
Use this when you want to see how many hits are required to trigger a status ailment for a specific monster.
If confirmed values exist, they will be displayed. Otherwise, estimated ranges based on registered data will be shown.
Hit Count Registration
An input page for contributing test results.
By registering the number of hits required to trigger a status ailment, you help improve the accuracy of future data.
Notes
Status ailments accumulate with each hit and are triggered once a certain resistance threshold is exceeded.
In addition, after triggering once, the required value generally increases for subsequent activations.
Understanding this behavior will help you better interpret confirmed values and estimated ranges.
